At NUBL, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we are committed to helping you with a smooth and fair return and refund process.

🧾 Return Eligibility

✅ You are eligible for a return or refund if:

The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered
You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
You return the product to our designated return address

❌ You are not eligible if:

You have used the product and changed your mind
You request a return after 7 days without prior notice
The product was damaged or altered after delivery
You refused delivery without a valid reason

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Personal care or hygiene products
Perishable goods
Digital/downloadable goods or gift cards

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product:

It will be inspected within 2–3 business days
If approved, a full refund will be issued via bKash/Nagad or your preferred payment method
Refunds are processed within 7 business days

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive store credit equal to the returned item’s value
A gift certificate will be sent after approval

If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
