At NUBL, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we are committed to helping you with a smooth and fair return and refund process.
π§Ύ Return Eligibility
β You are eligible for a return or refund if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- You return the product to our designated return address
β You are not eligible if:
- You have used the product and changed your mind
- You request a return after 7 days without prior notice
- The product was damaged or altered after delivery
- You refused delivery without a valid reason
π Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Perishable goods
- Digital/downloadable goods or gift cards
π° Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product:
- It will be inspected within 2β3 business days
- If approved, a full refund will be issued via bKash/Nagad or your preferred payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive store credit equal to the returned itemβs value
- A gift certificate will be sent after approval
If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
